Second, the crossbeam and draw-in rod can be connected in two ways, suspension and riveting. The suspension type can ensure the fastness of the connection by controlling the number of hooks and the matching accuracy of the hook and the crossbeam, the hook and the draw-in rod, and the material of the hook. The riveted connection requires high requirements. It must be synchronized, aligned, automatically drilled, and riveted in a constant temperature room at 20-40°C, which can solve the problems of deformation and fastness after riveting and ensure accurate dimensions.

 

Third, the connection between the heald frame and the loom is realized by the driving hook of the heald frame. The driving hook must have sufficient strength and be firmly and accurately connected to the heald frame to prevent heavy loads during high-speed operation. Do not loosen underneath. The current driving hook can be connected flexibly, tightly, firmly, and quickly according to the different connecting rod sizes of the opening devices of different looms, and the driving hook must have better accuracy and strength.
